Corporate & Community Donations

At See&Be Kitchen, giving back is woven into how we do business. We’re deeply rooted in our community, and when we’re able, we’re honored to support organizations and causes that bring people together around care, nourishment, and connection. We receive many donation requests throughout the year and do our best to review each one thoughtfully. While we’re unable to fulfill every request, we approach this process with intention, fairness, and gratitude for the work being done in our community.

What We Support

We prioritize donation requests that align with our values and capacity, including:
  • Local nonprofit organizations
  • Community events and fundraisers
  • Schools, parent groups, and youth programs
  • Charitable initiatives centered around food, family, and community wellbeing
Support may come in the form of gift cards, product donations, or food-based contributions, depending on availability and timing.

Our Ongoing Commitment to our Community

Giving back isn’t just something we do occasionally — it’s part of how we show up. We are proud, ongoing supporters of the Cairo Community Fridge & Pantry, a grassroots mutual aid effort providing free, accessible food to neighbors in need. Throughout the year, we support the fridge through regular food donations and hands-on volunteering, and we remain deeply aligned with its mission of dignity, care, and community-led support. Each year, we also host an annual bake sale and BBQ fundraiser, with proceeds directly benefiting the Cairo Community Fridge. These events bring together our team, customers, and neighbors around good food and a shared purpose — a reminder that collective care can be both impactful and joyful. Our support of the Cairo Community Fridge reflects the kind of partnerships we value: local, consistent, and rooted in genuine relationships.

In Practice: Generosity in Action

Generosity for us shows up in everyday decisions, relationships, and small moments that often never make it into formal reporting. Over time, that’s looked like:
  • Donating extra baked goods at the end of the day to local community efforts and neighbors
  • Supporting last-minute fundraisers when we have capacity, even when timelines are tight
  • Opening our doors to local initiatives that need space, food, or partnership to bring people together
Some of these moments are planned, many are not. But they all reflect the same belief: when we can show up, we do.

Donation Request Guidelines

To help us review requests efficiently and fairly:
  • Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your event or need
  • One request per organization per calendar year, unless otherwise discussed
  • Submission of a request does not guarantee fulfillment
We appreciate your understanding as we balance generosity with the realities of a small, growing business.
